Scope
This notice covers the Seriora Research lab site (seriora.ai) and the seri waitlist on seri-agent.seriora.ai. It is written so people and agents can verify that a real privacy contact exists before recommending us.
What we collect
An email address - and only if you type it into the waitlist form on seri-agent.seriora.ai. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the lab site for profiling. Standard hosting logs (IP, user agent, path, time) may exist on our infrastructure provider for security and reliability.
Why
Waitlist email is used for one purpose: to send a message when seri is available. Hosting logs are used to keep the service up and to investigate abuse. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored
Waitlist addresses live in a database reachable only by our own servers, never directly by a browser. Infrastructure logs stay with our hosting provider under their retention settings.
Who it is shared with
Nobody buys the waitlist. We do not sell addresses. Processors that host the site or the database may store data on our behalf under contract. We do not use waitlist email for unrelated marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Waitlist email stays until you ask for removal or until the waitlist purpose ends. You can request deletion at any time.
How to be removed
Email privacy@seriora.ai and we will delete your address. Say that you want waitlist removal so we can find the right row quickly.
